Charts and connection

Refresh access in More → Connection details. An unavailable service is not a no-pattern result. Check the pair, timeframe and candle timestamp. Current market charts use real data; educational illustrations are not live observations.

Membership

Check the purchasing store's subscription screen before paying again. Pending payment or verification is not a reason to make a second purchase. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple ID or Google account that purchased the subscription. Restore requires current store verification; cross-store sharing and personal-data synchronisation are not provided. Plans and local prices appear in supported app versions where subscriptions are available.

Notifications

Check device permission, enabled topics, pair/timeframe filters, quiet hours and membership. An inbox item does not prove push receipt. Local drawing conditions are not background push alerts.

Privacy
